This module pits your team against a foreseesable disaster based on your organizational infrastructure and industry with minimal training. For those with well developed disaster preparedness, this workshop affords your team the opportunity to drill your plans and learn from their mistakes. For teams with less developed disaster preparedness, this workshop introduces some key concepts and puts the team on their toes, critically thinking their way through the disaster scenario.

The Organizational Disaster Management Workshop is designed for professionals working in industries that may be impacted by disasters, such as utilities, tourism, transportation, manufacturing, supply chain, large malls, schools and universities, and healthcare.
